Delivery
Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us letting you know that your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order. Generally shipping times will be prompt, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at www.ptgdgear.com/contact with the details of your purchase. A customer service representative will follow-up with you within 1-2 business days of your inquiry.
Shipping Charges
To domestic customers within the 50 states and/or Puerto Rico all items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) as well. Return Policy
Upon receipt of said goods, thoroughly inspect the merchandise. PTGD subscribes to a no refund policy. Exchanges will be honored within 10 days from when shipment is received. Whether for defect or fit, for an exchange to be honored, notice must be served please contact us at www.ptgdgear.com/contact within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned.
